    I would be interested in seeing a good example of schema for new construction websites. Looking at both large production home builders and aggregators like newhomesource.com.

    The general structure is simple: Home > State > Market > City > Community > Plan/Spec home

    It gets more complicated with collections of homes in a community and multiple SRP types:
    Community lists
    FloorPlans Lists
    Spec Home lists

    And OVerlapping GeoAreas:
    State
    Market (can cross states)
    County (can be in more than one market)
    City (can be in more than one county and/or market)
